Project Update
May 2025
The second non-statutory public consultation for the Bridgend to Buncrana and Newtowncunningham Greenway project will be underway from Wednesday, 14th May 2025 to Friday, 30th May 2025.
As Phase 2, Option Selection is starting, and the Project Team will be assessing all options which then will result in a Preferred Option being identified, we would welcome your feedback on the Options Selection Corridors.
April 2024
In April 2024, Public Consultation events were held in Buncrana and Burnfoot to present the Study Area identified during Phase 1 Concept and Feasibility to the public and invite feedback. This was intended to identify potential Option Corridors which will be assessed in Phase 2, Option Selection.
